Multi-pathway synergistic formulation

Ashwagandha Calibrates the stress response

Ashwagandha KSM-66 works on the HPA axis - the system that produces and regulates cortisol - so your body responds proportionately to what's happening.

Saffron Supports mood from the ground up.

Saffron works on serotonin availability, supporting your body's ability to maintain healthy levels. The result is emotional steadiness across the day without spikes and lows.

L-Theanine Keeps you sharp without the edge.

Sustained Release L-Theanine promotes the brain state associated with calm, alert focus so that concentration arrives naturally and holds, without the crash that follows stimulants.

Magnesium Replenishes what the day takes.

Stress burns through magnesium fast, and low magnesium makes stress harder to regulate. Clear Days restores what the day depletes so the system isn't compounding its own problem.

FROM BASICS TO BIOLOGY TO RESEARCH

THE BASICS
The edge comes off without the clarity going with it.
You handle the difficult moments without the disproportionate response.
The mental load feels lighter as the day goes on.
You finish the day with energy left, rather than running on empty.

It stops cortisol from getting stuck.

Under chronic stress, the HPA axis stays in a state of low-level activation long after the original trigger has passed. Ashwagandha KSM-66 works on this axis directly, helping cortisol return to a level that matches what's actually happening.

It keeps serotonin available.

Emotional steadiness through the day depends on having enough serotonin available consistently, not just in the moment something stressful happens. Saffron supports your body's ability to maintain that baseline, so mood doesn't swing as sharply with each demand the day makes.

It holds focus instead of spiking it.

A typical dose of L-Theanine peaks within an hour and tapers off. The sustained-release format in Clear Days extends that window across several hours, maintaining the alpha-wave state associated with calm focus through a full working day.

It refills what stress burns through.

Every stressful moment depletes magnesium a little faster, and magnesium is exactly what the nervous system needs to regulate stress in the first place. Without replacing it, stress compounds on itself. Clear Days keeps the reserve topped up before that happens.

It does the quiet work.

Serotonin, dopamine and GABA don't synthesise themselves, they need Vitamin B6 as a cofactor at every step. Without enough of it, the other ingredients have less raw material to work with. And B6 is what lets the rest of the formula actually function.

Ashwagandha and HPA axis regulation.

Ashwagandha KSM-66 has been shown to reduce serum cortisol levels and perceived stress scores. It acts on the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis, modulating the stress hormone cascade at its source rather than masking downstream symptoms

Saffron and serotonin reuptake.

Crocin and safranal, the active compounds in saffron, inhibit the reuptake of serotonin, dopamine and norepinephrine, increasing their availability in the synaptic cleft.

Sustained Release L-Theanine and alpha wave induction.

Sustained-release L-Theanine increases alpha wave frequency in the brain, associated with relaxed alertness. Unlike standard L-Theanine, the sustained-release format maintains this effect across several hours rather than peaking and declining, supporting focus through the full working day.

Magnesium and stress-induced depletion.

Stress activates the sympathetic nervous system, accelerating urinary magnesium excretion. Magnesium deficiency in turn impairs GABA receptor function, reducing the brain's capacity for inhibitory signalling and increasing stress reactivity. Supplementing restores this feedback loop.

Vitamin B6 and improved neurological function.

Pyridoxal-5-phosphate (the active form of B6) is required as a cofactor in the conversion of tryptophan to serotonin and glutamate to GABA. Without sufficient B6, the enzymatic pathways that produce calming neurotransmitters are rate-limited regardless of substrate availability.

The formulation logic.

The five ingredients address the stress system at five distinct levels: hormonal regulation (Ashwagandha), mood substrate (Saffron), neural state (L-Theanine), mineral availability (Magnesium) and cofactor support (B6). No single ingredient does all of this. Together, they cover the full architecture of a stress response.

WHICH ONE DO YOU NEED?

OR
Your mind runs during the day and won't switch off at night
Daytime stress is high and you feel it, but sleep is fine
You find yourself being more irritable these days than usual
Some days are bad, some nights are bad - its all a bit of a mix

INGREDIENT GLOSSARY

KSM-66 Ashwagandha

A root extract from Withania somnifera, standardised to a minimum 5% withanolides. KSM-66 uses only the root, not the leaves or stems.

WHAT IT DOES
Lowers cortisol, the hormone your body produces under stress, and helps recalibrate the HPA axis, the system that decides how 'on alert' you need to be.

WHAT IT FEELS LIKE
The tension you carry in your shoulders without realising starts loosening. The day stops following you into the evening.

Magnesium Glycinate

A mineral found throughout the body, with highest concentrations in bone, muscle and soft tissue. If you want it from your plate, eat dark leafy greens, nuts, seeds and dark chocolate.

WHAT IT DOES
Shows up as a cofactor in over 300 enzymatic reactions, including the ones that regulate stress response, muscle relaxation and sleep architecture.

WHAT IT FEELS LIKE
Muscles that don't feel like they're bracing for something, with a baseline of physical ease you didn't realize was missing.

Saffron extract

Extracted from the stigmas of Crocus sativus - the most labour-intensive spice in the world, hand-harvested from each flower.

WHAT IT DOES

Works on serotonin pathways to reduce emotional reactivity and quiet anxious, looping thought patterns - without sedation.

WHAT IT FEELS LIKE

The mental chatter gets quieter. Not numb - just clearer. Like the volume on background anxiety turned down a notch.

L-Theanine

An amino acid found almost exclusively in tea leaves. If you want it from your cup, drink a strong steep of green or white tea.

WHAT IT DOES
Promotes alpha brain wave activity, the same relaxed-but-alert state you're in just before sleep or right after a good meditation session.

WHAT IT FEELS LIKE
Alert but not wired, calm but not drowsy. The edges of the day start to soften without your focus going with them.

Vitamin B6

A water-soluble vitamin. If you want it from your plate, eat chickpeas, salmon, chicken, bananas and potatoes.

WHAT IT DOES
Shows up as a required cofactor in the conversion of tryptophan to serotonin and serotonin to melatonin. Without sufficient B6, the whole downstream sleep pathway slows.

WHAT IT FEELS LIKE
More consistent mood through the day and an easier transition into sleep at night. The kind of change that registers as 'things are just working' rather than a single dramatic effect.

Questions worth asking

If my body already manages stress on its own, why isn't it enough?

It usually does manage stress, until the load exceeds what the system can keep up with. Stress depletes magnesium, runs down neurotransmitter precursors and keeps cortisol elevated in ways that compound over time.

Every day is more effective. Adaptogens like Ashwagandha work by building a sustained baseline and are not designed to be reactive. The goal is that your stress system is better regulated before the difficult moments arrive rather than scrambling to catch up.

Yes. They're designed to work across the full day-and-night cycle. Clear Days in the morning supports your stress system through the day. Quiet Nights in the evening helps your body release the residue of it. They address different points in the same loop.

The L-Theanine effect is often felt within the first day with a quieter edge and more even focus. The adaptogenic ingredients, particularly Ashwagandha, build over two to four weeks of consistent use. The most meaningful shift comes from daily use over time.

Yes, arguably more so. Situational stress is still physiological stress - cortisol rises, magnesium depletes, neurotransmitter production gets stretched. Clear Days supports the biology of that response regardless of what's causing it. It won't resolve the situation, but it means your system isn't also working against you while you navigate it.

Yes. Taking it later is better than skipping it entirely. That said, the morning is the optimal window as the adaptogens and mood-supporting ingredients work best when they're in your system before the day's demands build up.
